The Opportunity

Our PCS practice is growing, offering diverse and challenging tax planning and compliance projects. You will work as part of a global team, engaging with clients and colleagues across borders and functions. This role offers support tailored to your skills and experience, helping you develop both your technical tax expertise and leadership skills.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and review complex individual tax returns, focusing on high-net-worth individuals and families, building trust as a client advisor.
  • Collaborate with specialists in international tax, state and local tax, and asset management to deliver comprehensive solutions.
Skills and Attributes for Success
  • High-quality preparation and review of complex tax returns.
  • Experience handling hedge fund and private equity K-1s.
  • Research tax issues and develop effective tax planning strategies.
  • Build long-term client relationships and understand their unique needs.
  • Maintain technical knowledge and share best practices.
  • Identify risks and opportunities to improve services and processes.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting with significant tax or financial planning experience.
  • Progress towards CPA, Enrolled Agent, or licensed Attorney.
  • At least 3 years of experience in professional services or tax organizations.
  • Knowledge of estate and wealth planning, federal and state income tax.
  • Strong collaboration, negotiation skills, and confidence to challenge senior colleagues.
  • Understanding of automated tax processing systems and relevant laws.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Proven record in high-net-worth tax planning.
  • Experience in professional services environments.
  • Ability to manage multiple teams and prioritize work.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Adaptability in working with internal and client teams.
