Job summary

EY is seeking a Tax Services Senior Analyst in ACR to help analyze statutory reporting, GAAP adjustments, and close processes across global clients. You will validate accuracy, address issues, and contribute to continuous improvement in reporting quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or related major; equivalent experience.
• 3–4 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
• CPA license or state bar membership or progress toward these credentials.
• Knowledge of global statutory reporting and multi-country experience preferred.
• Strong analytical, interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
• Advanced Excel and IT concepts proficiency.
• Able to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Willingness to travel 20–30% to client locations.

Responsibilities

• Analyze GAAP to GAAP adjustments and other statutory reporting details.
• Validate accuracy and completion of monthly, quarterly, and annual closes.
• Follow up on deliverables and resolve issues to mitigate late filing risk.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects to enhance quality and efficiency.
