EY in New York seeks a Tax Services Senior Analyst within EDGE/ACR to join our National Tax and EY EDGE teams, focusing on accounting compliance and reporting for global clients. You will apply technical accounting knowledge to close monthly/quarterly/annual books, support process improvement, and collaborate with supervisors to resolve issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• 3–4 years of experience.
• CPA license or membership progress.
• Knowledge of global statutory reporting or bookkeeping across countries.
• Strong analytical, interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and IT concepts.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks.
• Travel 20–30% to client locations.

Responsibilities

• Apply technical accounting knowledge to analyze balances, reconciliations and other financial matters for monthly/quarterly/annual close.
• Follow up on deliverables; analyze issues and mitigate risk of late filing.
• Contribute to continuous improvement projects to drive quality, efficiency and client experience.
• Provide judgment in resolving accounting or process issues.
