EY’s FSO EDGE Real Estate, Hospitality and Construction practice seeks a Services Manager to lead tax compliance and consulting for clients within a global, diverse team. You will identify issues, coordinate delivery timelines, and guide staff to meet regulatory requirements across partnership taxation and REITs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Tax, Law or Economics.
• CPA, EA or licensed attorney required or strongly preferred.
• Experience in real estate tax, partnership taxation and REITs is expected.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage tax compliance and consulting work for FSO EDGE RHC clients.
• Coordinate timelines, resources, and delivery to ensure timely production of statements.
• Direct staff and seniors, review work for accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Develop client relationships and escalate complex matters to senior management.
