EY’s FSO EDGE Real Estate, Hospitality and Construction practice delivers comprehensive tax services to real estate clients. The role emphasizes leading tax compliance and consulting projects, managing engagements, and guiding teams to timely, accurate results in partnership taxation, REITs, and allocations.

You will partner with clients, navigate complex tax issues, and build strong relationships within a global, multidiscipline firm offering a flexible, hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance/etc. required.
• Minimum of 5 years in a professional services or tax services org in financial services.
• Broad exposure to real estate tax technical areas (partnership tax, REITs, allocations, compliance).
• Experience managing budgets, people and projects.
• CPA/EA or licensed attorney credential required.

Responsabilités

• Consult with clients and escalate complex matters to senior staff.
• Deliver and manage tax compliance and consulting deliverables to deadlines.
• Lead projects and work independently with guidance only on complex situations.
• Provide leadership, feedback, and coaching to team members.
• Review staff work for accuracy and regulatory compliance.
