Job summary

EY is seeking a Services Manager for the FSO EDGE Real Estate, Hospitality and Construction practice to lead tax compliance and consulting work for clients in a fast-paced environment.

You will manage engagement deliverables, coordinate resources, and provide strategic direction on complex tax matters while maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring regulatory compliance across REITs and partnership taxation areas.

Qualifications

• Experience identifying complex tax issues and escalating appropriately.
• Strong client-facing communication and relationship management.
• Ability to break down tax projects and deliver client-centric solutions.
• Experience managing budgets, people and projects.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and manage tax compliance and consulting work for clients.
• Coordinate timely delivery of tax information statements, returns and reports.
• Lead projects and teams with guidance only on complex issues.
• Support long-term client relationships through industry knowledge.
• Review staff work for accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Provide leadership, feedback, and coaching to team members.
