EY's Financial Services Organization (FSO) EDGE Real Estate, Hospitality and Construction practice seeks a Services Manager to deliver and manage tax compliance and consulting for clients. You will lead projects, allocate resources, and maintain client relationships with senior professionals.

You will guide staff through complex tax issues, ensure timely production of tax information statements, returns and reporting, and collaborate across a diverse, globally connected team in a hybrid work

Qualificações

• Experience recognizing and escalating tax issues for timely resolution.
• Experience presenting complex topics to clients.
• Ability to break down tax projects into manageable components.
• Ability to manage multiple work assignments and deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver and manage tax compliance and consulting for clients.
• Lead projects and coordinate daily work activities with guidance only on complex cases.
• Support long-term client relationships with industry knowledge.
• Manage engagement deliverables and engagement economics.
• Provide direction on complex tax matters and allocate tasks to staff.
• Review staff work for accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Provide leadership, feedback, and coaching to team members.
