About the Role

As a Tax Technology and Transformation Manager, you will lead projects that implement and enhance tax technology solutions, improve processes, and increase operational efficiency for our clients in the financial services industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage large-scale tax transformation and managed services programs.
• Lead digital tax transformation initiatives and oversee tax technology strategy.
• Implement and configure tax systems, review analytics, and advise on process improvements.
• Develop and deploy custom tax applications, ensuring quality and efficiency.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and manage project scopes, costs, and schedules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related fields.
• Minimum of five years' relevant experience; CPA, JD, Six Sigma, or PMP certifications preferred.
• Experience with tax software and financial systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Hyperion).
