Baker Tilly is seeking a Tax Manager to deliver tax and business advisory services to small business clients, working closely with firm leadership. You will coach staff, manage engagements, and help grow client relationships while maintaining high standards of service and accuracy.

You will oversee accounting and tax compliance, review financials, and provide strategic recommendations to optimize client operations. A CPA or JD and five+ years of experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting required.
• CPA or JD required.
• Excellent knowledge of federal and state tax compliance and advisory services.

Responsabilités

• Provide tax, accounting and advisory services to small business clients with high quality service.
• Oversee accounting, bookkeeping and financial statement preparation for clients.
• Review client records, discuss accounting matters and provide actionable guidance.
• Lead client engagements, plan projects and improve processes for efficiency and controls.
• Develop client relationships and coordinate with team leaders to address client needs.
