Qualifications

• 7+ years in tax in public accounting or advisory with at least 2 years in supervision
• Expertise in business tax compliance, planning, client advisory including entity structuring and pass-through taxation
• Experience managing a client portfolio independently and serving as primary client contact
• Strong experience serving small business and mid-market clients in the $1M–$100M revenue range
• Demonstrated ability to develop junior staff and hold teams to quality and deadlines

Responsibilities

• Manage and review tax compliance engagements for small business and mid-market clients
• Lead tax planning discussions to identify opportunities to reduce liability and optimize entity structure
• Support clients through transactions, entity changes, and growth events with timely guidance
• Build trusted long-term relationships and serve as the primary tax contact for the portfolio
