Job summary

CLA is seeking a Tax Senior to join our SoCal tax practice. You will prepare, supervise, and review engagements for individuals, C corporation, S corporation, and partnership engagements, delivering advisory insights to clients.

We look for a CPA (or EA candidate) with at least two years in public accounting, a collaborative mindset, and a passion for helping clients and teams grow within a national firm.

Qualifications

• You have a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• You have an active CPA (or EA) license or are eligible to sit for the CPA exams and meet the 150-credit requirement to obtain CPA license.
• You have at least 2 years’ experience as an associate in public accounting.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, supervise, and review individual, C corporation, S corporation, and partnership engagements.
• Partner with clients to provide customized tax advisory services and work closely with other tax team members to identify and research complex tax issues.

• Develop and train team members to help them build inspired careers.
• Expand your technical and professional knowledge through greater exposure to client interactions, regular self-study, and training opportunities.
