We emphasize growth, training, and collaboration within a high-performing team. CPA eligibility and public accounting experience are essential, with a range-compensation reflecting CA market norms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Active CPA license or eligibility to sit for CPA exams and meet the 150-credit requirement.
• At least 2 years of public accounting experience.
• Desire to grow with a high-performing team.
• Strong problem-solving and client service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, supervise, and review individual, C corporation, S corporation, and partnership engagements.
• Partner with clients to provide customized tax advisory services and work closely with other tax team members.
• Focus on engagement management and operational excellence.
