Our Client, a growing CPA firm headquartered in Central Houston, is seeking an experienced Tax Senior to join its tax team. You will handle compliance and planning for individuals, partnerships, corporations, trusts, and other entities.

With a focus on a diversified client base across healthcare, construction, real estate, manufacturing, and professional services, the firm offers a collaborative, supportive environment and opportunities to mentor junior staff and contribute to firm growth.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of recent public accounting experience with a focus on tax.
• CPA strongly preferred; required for advancement to Partner track.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Demonstrated leadership and staff development abilities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review tax returns for individuals, partnerships, corporations, trusts, and other entities.
• Provide tax planning strategies and consulting for a diverse client base.
• Manage multiple priorities and client demands in a fast-paced environment.
• Train, mentor, and develop junior staff members.
• Collaborate with partners and managers to deliver exceptional client service.
