EisnerAmper seeks a Tax Senior Manager to join the Private Client Services (PCS) practice. The role oversees multiple client engagements and emphasizes tax planning, compliance, and business development within the ultra-high net worth client base.

It supports a hybrid work model with offices in multiple locations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, client service, and the ability to mentor staff while expanding the firm’s reach in tax advisory services for hedge funds,

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or equivalent field is required.
10+ years of progressive tax experience providing tax compliance and consulting services to high-net-worth individuals.
8+ years of tax compliance, specialization in complex technical individual and business.
Recent Public Accounting experience.
CPA or IRS Enrolled Agent Certification required.

Responsibilities

Supervise a team and manage multiple client engagements.
Oversee tax planning and compliance for ultra-high-net-worth individuals and families in financial services.
Engage with clients to deliver innovative tax planning, consulting, and compliance solutions.
Review complex tax returns and maintain client communication.
Develop client relationships and solicit new business opportunities.
Provide training and supervision to staff and review their work.
Occasional local travel to client sites.
