Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA preferred).
• CPA license required.
• 7–12 years of public accounting experience, preferred.
• Minimum two years in a manager role.
• Knowledge of GAAP and accounting procedures.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; able to multi-task and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead tax engagements and manage planning, administration, and conclusion.
• Ensure timely delivery and signoff of tax returns.
• Supervise preparation of tax accrual workpapers.
• Review tax developments and apply them to client situations.
• Mentor and develop up to five team members as a performance partner.
• Develop department policies and procedures.
