Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for a diverse set of clients, ensuring outstanding service and proactive communication
• Oversee aspects of the client lifecycle including onboarding, tax planning, compliance, and relationship management
• Review and manage tax return preparation (individual, corporate, partnership) using CCH tax software
• Actively contribute to firm growth by identifying cross‑service opportunities and nurturing referral relationships

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in public accounting or tax advisory
• CPA license required
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and maintain long‑term client relationships
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment
