Qualifications

• Minimum eight years of experience in tax compliance and consulting
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities
• Excellent client service and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple engagements and deadlines

Responsibilities

• Be a trusted member of the engagement team providing tax compliance and consulting services to middle-market and multinational clients
• Lead client relationships on day-to-day tax matters
• Consult on technical matters in corporate and flow-through taxation, ASC 740
• Research tax matters and respond to IRS inquiries with recommendations
• Coordinate with specialty tax practices on complex matters and incentives
• Manage staffing, billing/collections and profitability targets
• Develop staff and contribute to firm growth and development
