Responsibilities include leading tax reviews, serving as SME, supervising staff, and representing clients before authorities while contributing to business development and timely filings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting required; master's in taxation preferred.
• CPA license required; must be in good standing with AICPA.
• At least seven to ten years in public accounting with tax experience.
• Experience representing clients before taxing authorities.
• Ability to supervise and direct tax preparers.
• Forty hours of continuing education annually.

Responsabilités

• Lead technical review and approval of tax returns and examinations.
• Act as SME in tax discipline or industry.
• Oversee large tax returns and delegate to staff.
• Manage client relationships and service delivery.
• Represent clients before tax authorities when required.
• Develop staff through training and mentoring.
• Ensure timely, accurate, and billable tax filings.
• Support firm practice development and referrals.
