Qualifications

• Minimum: 4-year degree
• CPA, Law License, or EA
• Eight (8) years of experience

Responsibilities

• Provide federal tax compliance and consulting services to middle market to multinational clients.
• Lead client relationships on day-to-day tax matters.
• Consult on technical matters in corporate and flow-through taxation, ASC 740.
• Research tax matters and respond to IRS inquiries with actionable recommendations.
• Coordinate with specialty tax practices on state/local, international, credits and incentives areas.
• Manage engagement staffing, billing and profitability targets.
• Develop staff through mentorship and firm-wide learning programs.
• Support employee development and foster a high-performance team culture.
