KPMG is seeking a Tax Manager or Senior Manager for our Business Tax Services practice.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide tax compliance and advisory services to pass-through entities and partnerships for Asset Management clients.
2. Assist in providing industry knowledge and experience as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
3. Oversee a portfolio of clients and serve as the main contact for internal and external clients.
4. Manage teams of tax professionals and assistants on client projects.
5. Deliver high-quality tax services and advice to clients.
6. Contribute to market and business activities outside the firm.

Additional responsibilities for Senior Manager include managing engagement risks, financial performance, and team growth opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Minimum five years of recent pass-through and partnership tax experience.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution; CPA, JD/LLM, or EA credentials are preferred.
• Experience with pass-through entities and managing multiple client engagements.

Additional qualifications for Senior Manager include at least eight years of relevant experience and mentoring skills.
