Responsibilities:

• Provide tax compliance and advisory services to pass-through entities and partnerships for various Asset Management clients.
• Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team, sharing industry knowledge and experience.
• Oversee a portfolio of clients and act as the primary contact for internal and external clients.
• Manage teams of tax professionals and assistants on client projects.
• Deliver high-quality tax services and advice to clients.
• Participate in and contribute to market and business activities outside the firm.

Additional responsibilities for Senior Manager:

• Manage risk and financial performance of engagements, including billing, collections, and project budgets.
• Collaborate with other professionals to identify new marketplace opportunities and grow the tax practice.

Qualifications:

• Minimum five years of recent pass-through and partnership tax experience in an accounting firm, corporation, or law firm.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution; CPA, JD/LLM, EA, or other approved credentials. Candidates without an approved credential at hire have one year to obtain one.
• Experience with pass-through entities and partnerships.
• Experience managing multiple client engagements and teams.

Additional qualifications for Senior Manager:

• Minimum eight years of relevant experience in pass-through and partnership tax.
• Experience mentoring and counseling staff.
