BDO USA is seeking a Tax Senior Manager for the Business Incentives Group (BIG) to help clients identify, document, and support BIG tax positions. The role includes leadership in the BIG practice, marketing, and driving process improvements while maintaining client relationships.

The position requires extensive BIG tax experience, supervisory capabilities, and a focus on delivering optimal tax benefits to clients across multiple jurisdictions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, required
• Six+ years in BIG tax consulting, required
• Seven+ years of prior experience, required
• CPA, preferred
• Experience supervising tax professionals, required
• Experience with tax provisions, preferred
• Experience with corporate taxation, consolidations, and partnerships, preferred

Responsibilities

• Identifies client opportunities and issues related to BIG tax.
• Develops and implements solutions to maximize BIG tax benefits.
• Manages marketing and business development activities for the BIG practice.
• Leads process improvements and team-building initiatives.
• Supervises BIG Managers, Senior Associates, and staff, and provides guidance.
