Job summary

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in public accounting, a bachelor's in accounting/taxation, and CPA or EA status. Strong communication and project management are essential to success in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Taxation required.
• Master's degree preferred.
• CPA or EA preferred.
• 2+ years of tax and accounting experience in public accounting.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements from planning through final deliverables on high-profile accounts.
• Oversee complex tax preparation and review for partnership, S-corp, corporate, trust, and individual returns.
• Manage touring and entertainment tax strategy for artists and multi-entity operations.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and year-end projections and perform financial analysis.
• Support financial statements for closely held entities.
• Participate in client proposals and long-term advisory relationships.
