Qualifications

• 3+ years of public accounting experience.
• CPA or pursuing certification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Ability to research and resolve complex issues with minimal oversight.
• Experience in planning and supervising larger engagements; tax return prep experience required.
• Strong research and writing skills; excellent verbal communication and presentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and/or execute assigned tax returns and accounting/consulting projects, working with Partners and Senior Managers.
• Complete moderately complex projects accurately, thoroughly, and efficiently.
• Supervise and lead internal team members to ensure timely engagements.
• Coordinate large client engagements with more experienced personnel; analyze tax laws and models; advise on optimal strategies.
• Engage in professional development and uphold firm policies to promote teamwork and loyalty.
