Qualifications

• 4+ years previous public accounting experience with a strong concentration in tax including corporate, partnership, individual, trusts and estate planning.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Working knowledge of various accounting software.
• Excellent time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and business tax planning, consulting, and compliance services.
• Prepare individual and business tax returns, with concentration in flow-through entities.
• Manage client and team satisfaction through open communication and proactive strategies.
• Work with Partners and Directors on client management and business development.
• Lead associate teams on client engagements.
• Attract new clients and market firm services.
• Consult clients on legislative changes and implications.
• Represent the firm in networking events.
