Competenze

• Minimum qualifications: 4-year degree
• Eligible to obtain CPA, Law License, or EA
• Three (3) years of experience
• Preferred qualifications: CPA, Law License, or EA
• Bachelor's, master's, or advanced degree in accounting
• Three (3)+ years of experience providing federal tax compliance and consulting services in a public accounting firm
• PE fund industry experience is preferred
• Strong leadership, project management, analytical and communication skills

Mansioni

• Be a trusted member of the engagement team providing tax compliance and consulting services to industry-specific clients
• Provide tax compliance and advisory services to S-corporations, partnerships, individuals and corporations ranging from middle market to multinational companies
• Participate in tax research projects and help draft IRS responses
• Collaborate with leaders on projects in corporate and flow-through taxation such as ASC740
• Develop recommendations for clients and share with leadership
• Coordinate with specialty tax practices on state/local, international, credits and incentives areas
• Learn and grow through on-the-job coaching and firm-wide development programs
• Use entrepreneurial skills to network and build relationships with clients and internal teams
• Support growth and development of team members through Baker Tilly Care and Teach philosophy
• Foster teamwork, work-life balance and community among colleagues
