Qualificações

• 4-year degree required.
• Three (3) years of experience in federal tax compliance and consulting in public accounting.
• Eligible to obtain CPA, Law License, or EA.
• PE fund industry experience is preferred.
• Eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsabilidades

• Provide tax compliance and advisory services to PE fund clients and middle-market companies.
• Perform tax research, draft IRS responses, and assist with authorities inquiries.
• Collaborate with leaders on projects in corporate and flow-through taxation (ASC740).
• Develop client recommendations and present to leadership.
• Coordinate with specialty tax practices on state/local, international, credits and incentives areas.
• Mentor and coach junior staff and contribute to firm-wide development programs.
