Job summary

CLA is looking to hire a Tax Senior to join our Albuquerque, NM or Phoenix/Tucson, AZ office.

As a Tax Senior, you will prepare, supervise, and review individual, trust, gift and related owner pass-through engagements, partner with clients to provide customized tax advisory services, and focus on engagement management and operational excellence. CPA eligibility is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2 years of relevant experience required.
• Experience in professional accounting, finance, or related field preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field required.
• CPA eligibility preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, supervise, and review individual, trust, gift and related owner pass-through entity engagements.
• Partner with clients to provide customized tax advisory services and work closely with other tax team members to identify and research complex tax issues.
• Focus on engagement management and operational excellence.
• Develop and train team members to help them build inspired careers.
• Expand your technical and professional knowledge through greater exposure to client interactions, regular self-study, and training opportunities.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
