Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Tax Analyst within its Financial Services Organization to deliver tax compliance and advisory services for hedge funds, private equity, and mutual funds. You will collaborate with experienced professionals on structuring, planning, and advisory work across asset management clients.

The role emphasizes cross-functional teamwork, leadership guidance to staff, and maintaining high-quality service across engagements in a hybrid client-facing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Tax, Law, or Economics.
• A minimum of 2–3 years of relevant tax experience in financial services.
• Broad exposure to federal income taxation and state/local tax.
• Excellent teaming, leadership, organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support new and existing client relationships.
• Provide compliance and consulting delivery services to meet deadlines.
• Prepare or review complex tax filings and related processes.
• Compile data and evaluate tax and accounting information.
