Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Tax, Law, or Economics.
• 2–3 years of tax experience or equivalent in financial services.
• Broad exposure to federal income taxation and state/local tax.
• Excellent teaming, leadership, organizational, and verbal/written communication skills.
• Hybrid model with in-person collaboration about 60% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Support new and existing client relationships.
• Provide compliance and consulting delivery services to meet deadlines.
• Prepare or detail review complex tax closings and tax filings.
• Compile and evaluate data and tax/accounting technologies.
• Ensure service quality and understand scope-related opportunity risk.
• Develop, document, and gain cross-functional alignment on processes.
• Provide direction and supervision to staff and review work.
• Maintain internal network and provide technical assistance.
• Demonstrate deep technical excellence and broaden skills.
