Job summary

EY is a leader in professional services and a dedicated Financial Services Organization (FSO) practice. The EDGE Wealth and Asset Management team provides specialized tax support for hedge funds, private equity, and mutual funds, working with clients across the financial services spectrum.

As a senior analyst, you’ll collaborate with experienced professionals on tax structuring and advisory services. You’ll join a team-led, leader-enabled hybrid model with strong emphasis on work–life balance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Tax, Law, or Economics
• 2–3 years of relevant tax experience in financial services
• Broad exposure to federal income taxation and state/local tax
• Excellent teaming, leadership, organizational, and verbal/written communication skills
• Hybrid work model with in-person collaboration about 60% of the time

Responsibilities

• Support client relationships and deliver tax services
• Provide compliance and consulting services to meet deadlines
• Prepare or review complex tax closings and filings
• Compile data and use tax/accounting technologies
• Maintain service quality and manage scope risks
• Document and align internal processes across teams
• Supervise staff and review their work
• Share expertise and assist EY colleagues
• Demonstrate deep technical excellence and broaden skills
