Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Tax, Law, or Economics.
• 2–3 years of relevant tax experience in financial services.
• Broad exposure to federal income taxation and state/local tax.
• Excellent teaming, leadership, organizational, and verbal/written communication skills.
• Hybrid work model with in-person collaboration about 60% of the time.

Responsabilidades

• Support new and existing client relationships.
• Provide compliance and consulting delivery services to meet deadlines.
• Prepare or review complex tax filings and related processes.
• Compile and evaluate data, computations, and tax technologies.
• Ensure service quality and assess scope-related risks.
• Document and align cross-functional processes for internal teams.
• Provide direction and supervision to staff; review work.
• Offer internal technical support within EY.
