Job summary

EY is a global professional services firm seeking a Senior Tax Analyst within the Financial Services Organization (FSO) EDGE Wealth and Asset Management team. You will collaborate on hedge fund, private equity, and mutual fund taxation, including structuring, planning, and advisory services.

This role offers a hybrid work model in the US with ongoing client work, development opportunities, and a broad exposure to federal and state taxation across financial services sectors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Tax, Law, or Economics.
• 2–3 years of relevant tax experience or equivalent in financial services.
• Broad exposure to federal income taxation and state/local tax.

Responsibilities

• Support client relationships and delivery deadlines.
• Prepare or review complex tax closings and related filings.
• Evaluate data and tax/accounting computations and tools.
• Ensure service quality across delivery and manage scope risk.
• Develop processes and cross-functional alignment for internal teams.
• Provide day-to-day supervision and review for staff.
