Job summary

H&R Block, Inc. is seeking a team member to assist with the tax interview process, entering client and W-2 information into our tax software and ensuring accurate data capture.

You will help assemble the tax return, obtain signatures, and review the completed product with clients, while maintaining high levels of service. Basic Windows skills and strong communication are required for success.

Qualifications

• Enter client and W-2 information into the tax program.
• Assemble the tax return and obtain required signatures.
• Review the finished product with the client and complete bookkeeping procedures.
• All other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the beginning of the tax interview by entering client and W-2 information into the tax program.
• Assist with the closing of the interview by assembling the tax return, obtaining signatures, reviewing the finished product with the client, and completing bookkeeping procedures.
• Ensure all H&R Block clients are receiving superior service.
• All other duties as assigned.
