Job summary

You will assemble returns, obtain required signatures, review the finished product with the client, and complete bookkeeping procedures, all while delivering superior service to H&R Block clients. Reading and math skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to communicate effectively in person and on the phone.
• Reading and math skills to begin and finish the tax return interview.
• Experience with Windows-based computer programs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Enter client and W-2 information into tax program at interview start.
• Assemble the tax return and obtain required signatures at interview end.
• Review the finished return with the client and complete bookkeeping procedures.
• Provide superior service to H&R Block clients.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
