H&R Block, Inc. is seeking a friendly team member to support the tax interview process in Marion, KY. You will enter client and W-2 information into the tax program at the start of the interview and assist in assembling the tax return at closing.

You'll review the finished product with the client, obtain signatures, and complete bookkeeping procedures, while delivering superior service to every client. Additional state and local requirements may apply.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reading and math skills required to begin and finish the tax interview.
• Ability to communicate effectively in person and on the phone.
• Experience with Windows-based computer programs.
• Additional state and local requirements may apply.

Responsabilités

• Enter client and W-2 information into the tax program to begin the tax interview.
• Assemble the tax return and obtain required signatures to close the interview.
• Review the finished product with the client and complete bookkeeping procedures.
• Provide superior service to all H&R Block clients.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
