Job description: Tax Resolution Client Intake Specialist - Tax Law Firm

Modern Tax Law Firm is looking for a Tax Resolution Client Intake Specialist (preferably English/Spanish bilingual) to work closely with tax attorney.

This is a remote position, so you must have high-quality internet.

The position requires a STRONG TAX BACKGROUND, preferably dealing with the IRS and state tax agencies, IRS EA, or a strong Tax Resolution background.

You will develop personal relationships with our prospective new client callers, so you must have strong people skills.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist Tax Attorney with client representation.
• Act as a liaison between prospective clients and tax attorneys
• Draft communications to taxing agencies and clients

Job Qualifications and Requirements:

• Fluent in both English and Spanish
• Strong tax background, preferably dealing with the IRS or state tax agencies
• Tax and Accounting background required
• A minimum of 5+ years' proven sales experience preferred
• Excellent speaking, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to communicate with clients through phone calls, email, and chat
• Results-driven and documented success in exceeding goals or objectives.
• College Degree required
