What You’ll Do:

• Be the Champion: Serve as the go‑to for clients, being the point of contact for their case management while staying on top of multiple cases in various statuses.
• Keep It Buzzing: Stay in touch with clients, delivering updates via phone calls, emails, and texts ensuring they’re involved in the process and thrilled with our service.
• Master the Details: Analyze client account status, proactively gather key documents, and maintain razor‑sharp records.
• Handle the Heat: Tackle complex cases with multiple moving parts like a pro, turning challenges into wins.
