Fiesta Auto Insurance & Tax Services G&P is seeking a Tax Regional Manager to oversee operations across the CA132 - National City County region. You will lead Tax Preparers, drive sales performance, and ensure compliant, high-quality service across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish and English is required.
• 2+ years experience in Tax Preparation or Accounting.
• Previous management experience is preferred.
• Proven track record of meeting performance goals and motivating multi-location teams.
• Active CTEC & PTIN.
• Valid driver’s license with ability to travel between locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of multiple tax office locations within the CA132 - National City County region
• Provide continuous leadership, coaching, and training to our Tax Preparers
• Drive sales performance to exceed weekly and monthly tax preparation goals
• Maintain professional, compliant, and organized work environments
• Resolve complex customer and employee issues promptly and professionally
• Conduct regular site visits and team check-ins to ensure consistency
• Support local marketing and community outreach activities
• Ensure strict compliance with company policies and regulations

Minimum Qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish and English (required)
• 2+ years experience in Tax Preparation or Accounting
• Previous Management experience is preferred
• Proven track record of meeting performance goals and motivating multi-location teams
• Active CTEC & PTIN
• Valid driver’s license with ability to travel regularly between locations when needed

• Excellent organizational and time management skills
