Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of multiple tax office locations within the CA150 - Menlo County region.
• Provide continuous leadership, coaching, and training to Tax Preparers.
• Drive sales performance to exceed weekly and monthly tax preparation goals.
• Maintain professional, compliant, and organized work environments.
• Resolve complex customer and employee issues promptly and professionally.
• Conduct regular site visits and team check-ins to ensure consistency.
• Support local marketing and community outreach activities.
• Ensure strict compliance with company policies and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of multiple tax office locations within the CA150 - Menlo County region

Minimum Qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish and English (required)

• Previous Management experience is preferred
• Proven track record of meeting performance goals and motivating multi-location teams

• Valid driver's license with ability to travel regularly between locations when needed
