Fiesta Auto Insurance & Tax Services G&P is seeking a dynamic Tax Regional Manager to lead multiple CA131 - Chula Vista tax offices. You will coach teams, drive performance, and ensure high customer service standards across locations.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish and English (required).
• 2+ years experience in Tax Preparation or Accounting.
• Previous Management experience is preferred.
• Proven track record of meeting performance goals and motivating multi-location teams.
• Active CTEC & PTIN.
• Valid driver’s license with ability to travel regularly between locations.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of multiple tax office locations within the CA131 - Chula Vista County region.
• Provide continuous leadership, coaching, and training to our Tax Preparers.
• Drive sales performance to exceed weekly and monthly tax preparation goals.
• Maintain professional, compliant, and organized work environments.
• Resolve complex customer and employee issues promptly and professionally.
• Conduct regular site visits and team check-ins to ensure consistency.
• Support local marketing and community outreach activities.
• Ensure strict compliance with company policies and regulations.
