Fiesta Auto Insurance & Tax Services G&P is seeking a Tax Regional Manager to oversee tax office operations across CA022 - Tulare County. Lead multiple locations, coach teams, and drive sales and customer service in a fast-paced, friendly environment.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in both Spanish and English.
• 2+ years of experience in Tax Preparation or Accounting.
• Previous management experience is preferred.
• Active CTEC and PTIN required.
• Valid driver’s license with ability to travel between locations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of multiple tax office locations in CA022 - Tulare County.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and training to Tax Preparers.
• Drive sales performance to exceed tax preparation goals.
• Maintain compliant, organized work environments.
• Resolve complex customer and employee issues promptly.
• Conduct site visits and team check-ins for consistency.
• Support local marketing and community outreach activities.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of multiple tax office locations within the CA022 - Tulare County region
• Provide continuous leadership, coaching, and training to our Tax Preparers
• Drive sales performance to exceed weekly and monthly tax preparation goals
• Maintain professional, compliant, and organized work environments
• Resolve complex customer and employee issues promptly and professionally
• Conduct regular site visits and team check-ins to ensure consistency
• Support local marketing and community outreach activities
• Ensure strict compliance with company policies and regulations

Minimum Qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish and English (required)
• 2+ years experience in Tax Preparation or Accounting
• Previous Management experience is preferred
• Proven track record of meeting performance goals and motivating multi-location teams
• Active CTEC & PTIN
• Valid driver’s license with ability to travel regularly between locations when needed
