CI Search Group has partnered with a large global organization on a Tax Provision Manager opportunity supporting a sophisticated multinational tax function.

This is a highly visible role within a collaborative corporate tax team, offering exposure to global provision matters, process transformation initiatives, and leadership responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead quarterly and annual income tax provision review processes
• Oversee ASC 740 reporting, FIN 48 analysis, journal entries, and tax account reconciliations
• Partner cross-functionally with accounting, finance, and external advisors
• Support acquisition integration and international reporting initiatives
• Drive process improvements and strengthen reporting efficiencies across the tax function
• Manage and mentor senior-level tax professionals
• Assist with SOX compliance and internal control processes

Ideal Background:

• 6+ years of corporate tax and/or public accounting experience
• Strong ASC 740 tax provision experience required
• Experience within complex multinational or large corporate environments
• CPA preferred
• Public company and/or large public accounting background preferred
• Experience with major ERP systems and tax provision software is a plus
• Strong leadership, communication, and process improvement mindset
