Job summary

The New York State Department of Taxation and Finance is seeking a candidate to support high-speed document processing, remittance depositing, data entry, and related unit tasks. The incumbent will work under supervision or with minimal oversight, performing multiple duties to ensure accurate taxpayer processing.

Responsibilities include communication with taxpayers, staff, and software developers; adherence to procedures; and preparation of reports and training as needed.
