This on-site role combines tax expertise with community engagement to assist clients with personal and business tax needs, while connecting them to the broader Intuit ecosystem for ongoing support. You will work in-person and virtually, providing end-to-end tax services and client education, and you will participate in local marketing initiatives to expand the client base and drive prosperity in your

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation exp.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services.
• Onsite availability 8:00–17:00 local Mon–Fri, at least 20 hrs/week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete return preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem: bookkeeping, payroll, planning services.
• Delivers exceptional customer service and builds lasting relationships.
