Intuit is seeking year-round TurboTax Retail Experts to work at TurboTax Retail or flagship locations across the United States. You will serve as a trusted adviser, helping customers navigate tax needs and achieve positive financial outcomes.

As a proactive community ambassador, you’ll engage with prospects, lead local marketing, and provide hands-on tax advice and preparation services. You will interact with customers in-person and via Intuit video tools, delivering a best-in-class experience.

Competenze

• Active EA/CPA/attorney license with tax prep experience.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• Must possess/state licenses or be able to obtain.
• Minimum 3 years of filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season.

Mansioni

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax customers.
• Deliver accurate tax solutions and planning in everyday language.
• Represent TurboTax as a trusted community ambassador in retail locations.
