Job summary

H&R Block in Virginia is seeking a Tax Interview Assistant to help kick off the tax interview by entering client and W-2 data into the system, and to support closing procedures with accuracy and care.

You will review the finished product with clients, gather signatures, and ensure superior service to every client. This role involves data entry, basic bookkeeping steps, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Reading and math skills required to begin and finish the tax return interview.
• Ability to communicate effectively in person and on the phone.
• Previous experience with Windows-based computer programs.
• Additional state and local requirements may apply.
