Job summary

H&R Block seeks a team member to assist at the start of tax interviews by entering client and W-2 information into the tax program, and to assist at interview closure by assembling returns and obtaining signatures. You will review the finished product with clients and complete bookkeeping procedures.

Additional state and local requirements may apply; you will ensure all clients receive superior service and handle other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Reading and math skills required to begin and finish the tax return interview.
• Ability to communicate effectively in person and on the phone.
• Previous experience with Windows-based computer programs.
• Additional state and local requirements may apply.
