Job summary

H&R Block is seeking an entry-level team member in Illinois to assist with the tax interview by entering client and W-2 information into the tax program, helping clients start their filings accurately.

You will support the closing of interviews by assembling the tax return, obtaining signatures, reviewing the finished product with the client, and completing bookkeeping procedures, while ensuring all clients receive superior service. Additional duties may apply.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reading and math skills required to begin and finish the tax return interview.
• Ability to communicate effectively in person and on the phone.
• Previous experience with Windows-based computer programs.
• Additional state and local requirements may apply.
