Job summary

H&R Block in Iowa invites applications for a role supporting tax interviews and client service. You will help begin interviews by entering W-2 data and client information, and you will assist in closing interviews by assembling returns and obtaining signatures.

Strong reading and math skills, plus clear communication, are essential to deliver accurate tax products and superior service to clients across the franchise network.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Reading and math skills needed to begin and finish the tax interview.
• Ability to communicate effectively in person and on the phone.
• Experience with Windows-based computer programs helpful.
• Additional state and local requirements may apply.
